Mad Mud — Face & Body Mask

A limited edition release. Mad Mud is a clay exfoliating mask, perfect for treating your skin to some lush love this Valentine's/Galentine's. While we have a range of face masks on standby, we often don't give the same amount of attention to decongesting the skin on our body. Stress and blemishes can manifest anywhere on the body, and Mad Mud can work at tackling congestion south of our faces. 

Bentonite clay is made of weathered volcanic ash and is loaded with tons of minerals including calcium, sodium, copper, magnesium, potassium, and iron. It's been used for centuries as a traditional medicine for detoxification.

 

Bentonite absorbs excess oil, exfoliates, offers anti-inflammatory properties. Its oil absorption properties help tighten the skin and temporarily reduce the look of prominent pores. Those with oily or acne-prone skin may find bentonite clay to be especially beneficial, though it can be too drying for those with dry or sensitive skin.

• Housed in a clear PET plastic jar
• Your Ritual: Scoop and apply on dry skin. Leave mud on for two to three (2-3) minutes. Rinse off with water by exfoliating it on skin. Best used once a week or bi-weekly. Keep water out of the jar.
