Crafted with intention, Hairloom harnesses two traditional infusion techniques to extract the most potent benefits from a meticulously selected blend of herbs. The first is solar infusion, a slow process where sunlight gradually draws out the herbs’ nutrients over several days, enriching the oil with their botanical power. This method enhances the vitality of the infusion, allowing the oils and herbs to harmonize into a sun-kissed elixir.

The second is double-boiling, a delicate technique using low, controlled heat to gently extract the herbs’ essence without degrading their potency. This ensures the oils absorb a full spectrum of nutrients, maximizing their ability to nourish the scalp, strengthen the hair shaft, and promote resilience.

This heritage scalp and hair remedy undergoes a meticulous final 10-hour infusion process, allowing botanicals and nutrient-rich oils to fully release their restorative benefits before bottling. At its core, it features a blend of cold-pressed and virgin oils, including organic flaxseed, black cumin, coconut, sesame, and extra virgin olive oil—each chosen for their deeply nourishing properties. This powerful base is infused with traditional herbs such as sundried hibiscus flowers, alkanet root, shikakai, ashwagandha, amla, stinging nettle, curry leaves, rosemary leaves, and cloves.

• Tips: Use on dry hair. It is best to align it with the days you wash your hair. Warm a small amount of the oil in the microwave for a couple of seconds or dunk the bottle (with the lid tightly closed) in hot water to warm up the entire bottle. 
• Your Ritual: Divide your hair into sections for easy application to the scalp. Gently massage a few drops of the oil to parted, dry hair (directly onto your scalp) to boost circulation and absorb nutrients. Ensure every part of the scalp is coated. Leave it in for at least 30 minutes or 3-4 hours before rinsing it off and cleansing with a gentle shampoo and conditioner. You can also leave the oil on overnight (only if you have done oiling before) for deep nourishment. Remember to use a shower cap or protect your bedding with a towel if you choose to do this.
• Note: You can use this oil with your favourite shampoos, conditioners, and styling products.
• Your Ritual (Meridian Comb): Combing the meridians of the head is intended to support the flow of energy and circulation. Place the comb at the hairline on your forehead and gently comb backward across your scalp to the nape of your neck. Move the comb from the front to the back of the scalp along each of the five regions shown in the images. Repeat at least 20 times for each line. Take care not to stop short of the back of your neck, since this area is filled with pressure points. Adjust the pressure according to your comfort level. Use firmer pressure for a more invigorating experience or lighter pressure for relaxation.
• Meridian Comb Care: Wood prefers to stay dry. If you use your comb on wet hair or it happens to get wet, try to wipe away the water and apply a little oil to keep it from drying out over time.
