• Your Ritual: Apply oil to cleansed skin. It is important that gua sha slides on the skin. With light pressure, use a scraping motion starting from the center of your face and scrape outwards. Use the small divot on nose bridge, in between brows, and jawline and larger edges on cheeks and forehead. For the under-eye area, very gently scrape the gua sha tool from the inner corner of the eye outwards to the temple. Because the area is so sensitive, it is important to only apply light pressure. Repeat each move 6-8 times. The ritual can be practiced daily or three times a week.
